\"\"<\/a>Paris Photo is the largest international art fair dedicated to the photographic medium and is held each November at the historic Grand Palais in Paris. Since 1997, the Fair\u2019s mission is to promote and nurture photographic creation and the galleries, publishers and artists at its source.<\/p>\n

Paris Photo brings together up to 200 exhibitors from across the world, offering collectors and enthusiasts the most diverse and qualitative presentation of photography-driven projects today. Leading galleries showcase historical and contemporary artworks from modern masters to young talents. Specialized publishers and art book dealers present unique and rare editions, as well as book launches and signature sessions with many of today\u2019s most renowned artists.<\/p>\n

Paris Photo also provides visitors with first-hand insights and access to the art world. Programming includes curated exhibitions with renowned public and private institutions, awards, conversation cycles with curators, artists, collectors, and critics, and special events exploring the unique history of the medium; varying visions, practices and emerging trends. In addition, the Fair\u2019s \u201cIn Paris during Paris Photo\u201d programme reunites a dense network of cultural institutions throughout Paris comprising some of the most historically rich photographic collections in the world.<\/p>\n

The 22nd edition of Paris Photo will take place Thursday, November 8 through Sunday, November 11 with a preview day on Wednesday, November 7 (by invitation only).<\/p>\n

The Book sector brings together specialised publishers and art book dealers from across the world highlighting the important role of the photobook in the history of the medium and in the creative process. Visitors also profit from environ 300 artist signature sessions that animate the sector.<\/p>\n

In application of France’s Vigipirate security protocole and the measures imposed by the current Level 4 \u201cattack alert\u201d ranking, it is prohibited to access the Grand Palais with bags exceeding the A3 format (17 \u00d7 11 in.).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
